Pre-Lottery Housing Accommodations

Students who wish to request Pre-Lottery Disability Housing Accommodation must re-apply each academic year.

Priority deadline to submit the request (and accompanying medical documentation):

  • Friday, January 26, 2024

Update your Class Standing with the Registrar's Office

Students who need to update their anticipated graduation date (to determine their class year standing for Room Selection) must submit the Registrar form linked below by Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

Requests for the Registrar to change your graduation date must be supported by the number of credits you have earned. Changes to class year standing may take a few days before showing up on the Housing Portal (after graduation dates have been updated).

All eligible students must complete the Registration form to confirm if they will or will not be returning to campus housing for next year.

Deadline to Sign up for Guaranteed List

Students who are not able to select during the Lottery (or don't want to pick from what's available) must sign up for the Guaranteed List before the deadline below:

  • 1pm Eastern, Wednesday, April 10, 2024

Students who do not pick a room or sign up for the Guaranteed List by the deadline will forfeit their guarantee of campus housing.

Cancellation Deadline

If you wish to cancel the room you selected (or cancel being on the Guaranteed List), you must do so by Thursday, May 2, 2024, in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
